1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Broken Hill Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 954 and 4233, DP 757298, 39 Morgan Street, Broken Hill.

4 Amendment of Broken Hill Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule:

2      Use of certain land at 39 Morgan Street, Broken Hill

This clause applies to land at 39 Morgan Street, Broken Hill, being Lots 954 and 4233, DP 757298 and identified as “1” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2)

Development for the purpose of a funeral home is permitted with

development consent.
