MR DOUGLAS: Yes, your Honour. That the Court, by consent, order that the proceedings No B24/2002 pending in this Court be dismissed, and the respondent pay the appellants’ party and party costs associated with the proceedings before this honourable Court and the Supreme Court of Queensland. There has been a legislative amendment affecting the interpretation issue that arose, your Honours.
