1              Name of Declaration

This Declaration is the Broadcasting Services (Primary Commercial Television Broadcasting Service) Amendment Declaration 2016 (No. 1).

2              Commencement

This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

Note                 All legislative instruments must be registered on the Federal Register of Legislation required to be maintained under the Legislation Act 2003.

3              Amendment of the Broadcasting Services (Primary Commercial Television Broadcasting Service) Declaration 2010

The Broadcasting Services (Primary Commercial Television Broadcasting Service) Declaration 2010 (F2010L01830) is amended as set out in the Schedule to this Declaration.
