1.         Name of Notice

This Notice is the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 (Amendment No. 9 of 2016).

2.         Commencement

This Notice commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3.         Authority

This Notice is made under subsection 115(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

4.         Amendment of the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010

Schedule 1 to this Notice amends the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010.

Schedule 1 – Amendments

1. Clause 10.1 of the Schedule

Repeal the clause, substitute:

10.1            Each international netball match involving the senior Australian representative team selected by the All Australian Netball Association, played in Australia or New Zealand, except for:

(a)    the matches to be played on 31 August 2016, 4 September 2016, 9 October 2016 and 12 October 2016 involving the senior Australian representative team.
