I, STEPHEN MICHAEL CONROY, Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, make this Notice under subsection 115(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

1.         Name of Notice

This Notice is the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 (Amendment No. 7 of 2013).

2.         Commencement

This Notice commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3.         Amendment of the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010

Schedule 1 to this Notice amends the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010.

Schedule 1 – Amendments

1. Clause 7.1 of the Schedule

Repeal the clause, substitute:

7.1       Each “test” match involving the senior Australian representative team selected by Cricket Australia played in Australia.

1. Clause 7.2 of the Schedule

Repeal the clause, substitute:

7.2       Each “test” match between the senior Australian representative team selected by Cricket Australia and the senior English representative team, played in Australia or the United Kingdom, except for:

(a)    each “test” match played between 10 July 2013 and 25 August 2013.

1. Clause 7.3 of the Schedule

Repeal the clause, substitute:

7.3       Each one day cricket match involving the senior Australian representative team selected by Cricket Australia played in Australia.
