Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010

I, STEPHEN MICHAEL CONROY, Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, under subsection 115(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, hereby amend the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 made under subsection 115(1) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

1.         Name of Notice

This Notice is the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 (Amendment No. 4 of 2012).

2.         Commencement

This Notice commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments. 

3.         Definitions

In this Notice:

Principal Notice means the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010.

4.         Amendments

Substitute Item 11.3 of the Schedule to the Principal Notice with the following:

11.3     Each round of the United States Masters tournament, played as part of the Professional Golfers Association Tour, except for:

(a)    each round of the 2012 United States Masters tournament, played as part of the Professional Golfers Association Tour.
