I, ANTHONY NORMAN ALBANESE, Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, make this Notice under subsection 115(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

1.         Name of Notice

This Notice is the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 (Amendment No. 14 of 2013).

2.         Commencement

This Notice commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3.         Amendment of the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010

Schedule 1 to this Notice amends the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010.

Schedule 1 – Amendments

1. Clause 5.4 of the Schedule

Repeal the clause, substitute:

5.4       Each match of the Rugby League World Cup involving the senior Australian representative team, except for:

(a)    each match to be played as part of the 2013 Rugby League World Cup involving the senior Australian representative team.
