Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010

I, STEPHEN MICHAEL CONROY, Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, under subsection 115(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, hereby amend the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 made under subsection 115(1) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

1.         Name of Notice

This Notice is the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 (Amendment No. 11 of 2011).

2.         Commencement

This Notice commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3.         Definitions

In this Notice:

Principal Notice means the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010.

4.         Amendments

4.1       At the end of Item 4.1(d) of the Schedule to the Principal Notice, add:

; (e)      the matches to be played on Friday 9 September 2011, Friday 16 September 2011 and Friday 23 September 2011 as part of the Finals Series of the 2011 Australian Football League Premiership competition.
