1.         Name of Notice

This Notice is the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 (Amendment No. 10 of 2016).

2.         Commencement

This Notice commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

3.         Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 115(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

4.         Amendment of the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010

Schedule 1 to this Notice amends the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010.

Schedule 1 – Amendments

1. Clause 12.2 of the Schedule

Repeal the clause, substitute:

12.2            Each race in the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme Moto GP held in Australia, except for:

(a)  each race in the Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme Moto GP held in Australia in 2016.
