1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Broadcasting Services (Digital Television Format Standards) Repeal Regulations 2007.

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the commencement of Schedule 2A to the Broadcasting Legislation Amendment (Digital Television) Act 2006.

1. Repeal

The Broadcasting Services (Digital Television Format Standards) Regulations 2000 are repealed.
