I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Broadcasting Services Amendment (Media Ownership) Act 2006, fix 4 April 2007 as the day on which Schedule 2 to that Act commences.
