BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION (No. 3).
An Act to amend the Law relating to Broadcasting and Television in consequence of the enactment of the
Repatriation (Far East Strategic Reserve )Act 1956.

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—

(4.) The Principal Act, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the
“(4.) In this section, ‘pensioner’ means a person who is in receipt of—
(
a ) a pension under Part III. or Part IV. of theSocial Services Act 1947–1956;(
b ) a servicepension , or a pension in respect of total and permanent incapacity, under theRepatriation Act 1920–1956; or(
c ) a pension in respect of total and permanent incapacity under theRepatriation (Far East Strategic Reserve )Act 1956
