BROADBENT

v

MEDICAL BOARD OF AUSTRALIA

[2024] HCASL 131
B10/2024

  1. The applicant requires an extension of time within which to seek special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (Collier, Meagher and Horan JJ), which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the Federal Court of Australia (Logan J) dismissing an application for review of a sequestration order.

  2. There is no reason to doubt the correctness of the Full Court's decision. It would therefore be futile to grant an extension of time and special leave to appeal.

  3. Special leave to appeal is refused.
