The Secretary for Public Lands and the Secretary for Mines shall respectively, at the written request of the trustees, register or cause the trustees to be registered in respect of the interests in any land which is vested in them, or to which they are or may be entitled by virtue of this Act, and for that purpose may respectively make every entry, cancellation, and correction in the registers as shall to them appear necessary and proper. (1.) This Act may be cited as The Brisbane and Roman Catholic Cathedral Lands (Mortgage and LeasP\ ocofnAsctrtu. ction Authorisation Act of 1930," and shall be read as one with * " The Brisbane Roman Catholic Cathedral Land Sales Act of 1928," herein referred to as the Principal Act.
