2 Brisbane Harbour Dues Amendment (No. 1) No. 85, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This by-law may be cited as the Brisbane Harbour Dues Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended by-law 2. The Brisbane Harbour Dues By-law 1978 is amended as set out in this by-law. ˙ Amendment of Schedule “A” (Harbour dues on all goods not in containers) 3.(1) Schedule “A” (SITC Code 28, opposite the item “Silica sands (transported by water inside port limits for export)”, Column 3)— omit ‘ cubic metre ’, insert ‘ tonne ’. (2) Schedule “A” (SITC Code 28, opposite the item “Silica sands (transported by water inside port limits for export)”, Column 4)— omit ‘ 0.69 ’, insert ‘ 0.45 ’. ENDNOTES 1.
