s1 2 s3 Brisbane Forest Park No. 395, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Brisbane Forest Park Regulation 1995 . ˙ Prescribed departments 2. For the purposes of section 13(1)(bc) of the Act, 1 the prescribed departments are the departments that administer the following Acts— (a) the Education (General Provisions) Act 1989 ; (b) the Local Government Act 1993 ; (c) the Queensland Tourist and Travel Corporation Act 1979 . ˙ Expiry 3.
