This regulation amends the Brisbane Forest Park Regulation 1998 . ˙ Insertion of new s 4 3. After section 3— insert— ˙ ‘ Board members—Act, s 13(1)(bc) ‘ 4. Each of the following is a department for section 13(1)(bc) of the Act— (a) the department responsible for economic and trade development; (b) the department responsible for education; (c) the department responsible for tourism.’.
