s1 2 s4 Brisbane Forest Park Amendment By-law (No. 1) 2006 No. 163, 2006 1 Short title This by-law may be cited as the Brisbane Forest Park Amendment By-law (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Commencement This by-law commences on 1 July 2006. 3 By-law amended This by-law amends the Brisbane Forest Park By-law 1999. 4 Amendment of s 6 (Permit fees) Section 6(1), ‘$4.00’— omit, insert— ‘$4.50’.
