the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 16 (1) of the Brigalow and

Nandewar Community Conservation Area Act 2005, make the following Proclamation.

1      Name of Proclamation

This Proclamation is the Brigalow and Nandewar Community Conservation Area
Amendment Proclamation 2018.

2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Brigalow and Nandewar Community Conservation Area Act 2005 No 56

Schedule 1 Zone 1—Conservation and recreation

Insert after clause 43:

44      Community Conservation Area Zone 1 Crawney Pass

An area of about 61.81 hectares, being Lot 1, DP 431074 and Lot 116, DP 755349 in the local government area of Tamworth Regional, Parish of Wombramurra, County of Parry.

45      Community Conservation Area Zone 1 Horton Falls

An area of about 40.54 hectares, being Lot 1, DP 815192 in the local government area of Tamworth Regional, Parish of Lindesay, County of Murchison.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to add certain land to Zone 1 of the Community Conservation Area established by the Brigalow and Nandewar Community Conservation Area Act 2005.
