AN ACT to authorise the Construction of a

Railway from Bridgetown to Wilgarrup.

[Assented to 16th January, 1909.]

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament

BE it enacted by the King's Host Excellent Majesty, by and

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1. This Act may he cited as the Bridgetown- Wilgarrup Railway Short title.

DESCRIPTION OF LINE Oh' RAILWAY.

Commencing at a point in or near the Bridgetown Townsite, on Fremantle Bridgetown Railway, 186 miles 28 chains 41 links from Fremantle, and proceed- ing thence in a generally Southerly direction for about 22 miles 15 chains, and terminating at a point in or near the Western boundary of P.L. No. 1331/93, Nelson District, as More particularly delineated and coloured red on map marked P.W.D., W.A., 14044, deposited as provided for by 55 Victori,e, No. 34, Section 10. Total length, about 22 miles 15 chains.
