AN ACT to amend the Bread Act 1982.

[Assented to 8 March 1985.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Bread and principal

Amendment Act 1985.	Act.

(2) In this Act the Bread Act 1982 is referred to of 1982

as the principal Act.

Section 8

amended. 2. Section 8 of the principal Act is amended in subsection (2) by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting the following paragraphs

CC

(a) within a radius of 45 kilometres from the

General Post Office, Perth, at any time-

(i)    from one minute past midnight on any Monday, Tuesday or Wednes- day morning to 6 p.m. on each of those days; and

(ii)   from 10 p.m. on a Wednesday to 12 noon on the succeeding Saturday;

(b) in any other place in the State, at any time-

(i)    from one minute past midnight on any Monday, Tuesday or Wednes- day morning to 6 p.m. on each of those days;

(ii)   from 10 p.m. on a Wednesday to 12 noon on the succeeding Saturday; and

(iii)   from 5 a.m. to 12 noon on a Sunday; and

(c) throughout the State, where a public holiday falls on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, at any time from 10 p.m. on the day 2 days prior to the public holiday to one minute past midnight on the day prior to the public holiday, ".
