BREAD (AMENDMENT) ACT.

Act No. 19, 1923.

An Act to amend the Bread Act, 1001, and certain other Acts ; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 2(>th November, 1923.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South by and with the advice and consent of the Legis-
Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1 . This Act may be cited as the "Bread (Amend-

ment) Act, 1023."

2 . Section ten of the Bread Act, 1901, is omitted.
3 . The Early Closing (Amendment) Act, 1919, is

amended by omitting section five.
