AN ACT to amend the Bread Act, 1903.

[Assented to 14th December, 1906.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

This Act may be cited as the Bread Amendment Act, 1906, and shall be read as one with the Bread Act, 1903.

Short title.

2.      It shall be unlawful, on the third Wednesday in every Bread carters'

calendar month, for any person carrying on the business of a baker holiday to be

or seller of bread to employ any person to sell or deliver bread observed.

elsewhere than in the shop or premises of such first-mentioned person:

Provided that this section shall not apply to a delivery of bread to any ship or vessel, or to the Commissioner of Railways for delivery by him, but in case such delivery be made by a person in the regular employment of a baker or seller of bread, then it shall be unlawful to employ such person on the day following such third Wednesday.
