AN ACT to amend the Bread Act, 1903-1949.

[Assented to 30th November, 1962.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Bread Act and citation.

(2) In this Act the Bread Act, 1903-1949, is

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may

be cited as the Bread Act, 1903-1962.

2. This Act shall come into operation on a date commence-

to be fixed by proclamation.

amended.	3. Section three of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words, "or a road board" in lines one and two of paragraph (a) of the interpretation, "Inspector".

amended.	4. Subsection (1) of section twelve of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the passage, "twenty-five miles" in lines two and three, the passage, "twenty-eight miles".

amended. 5. Section fourteen of the principal Act is

amended

(a)	by substituting for the passage, "twenty- five miles" in line two of subsection (1), the passage, "twenty-eight miles";
(b)	by deleting the words, "or road" in line two of the first proviso to subsection (2);
(c)	by deleting the words, "or road" in line three and again in line six of paragraph (i) of the second proviso to subsection (2);
(d)	by deleting the words, "or road" in lines one and two of paragraph (ii) of the second proviso to subsection (2);
(e)	by deleting the words, "or road" in line four, and again in line seven of subsection (4a); and
(f)	by deleting the words, "or road board" in line six of subsection (4a).

amended.	6. Section fifteen of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the passage, "twenty- five miles" in line one of paragraph (a), the passage, "twenty-eight miles".
