AN ACT to further amend the Bread Act, 1903.

[Assented to 27th September, 1915.]

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Par-BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1.    This Act may be cited as the Bread Act Amendment Act, Short title.

1915, and shall be read as one with the Bread Act, 1903, hereinafter

referred to as the principal Act.

(1.) Section three of the principal Act is amended by omit- ting the interpretation of the term "Fancy bread," and section

(2.) Section three of the principal Act is further amended by omitting the interpretation of the term "Inspector," and in- serting in place thereof the following :—

Act, 1911, or by a municipal council or road board under

this Act, and includes any acting or assistant inspector.

Section seventeen of the principal Act is amended by in- serting after the word "municipality," in the first line thereof, the words "or any road board," and by inserting after the word "municipality," in the third line thereof, the words "or the dis- trict of such board."

All copies of the principal Act hereafter printed by the the Bread Act Amendment Acts of 1906 and 1911, under the super- vision of the Clerk of Parliaments, and all necessary references to the amending Acts shall be made in the margin.
