1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Brands Regulations 2001.

4—Interpretation

In these regulations—

Act means the Brands Act 1933.

5—Sheep paint brands (section 28)

A paint brand for sheep—

(a)must be made with the substance "Si-Ro-Mark" (registered trademark no. 121839); and

(b)must be purple, red, blue or green in colour.

Schedule 1—Fees

1	Registration of a brand or mark	$26.50
2	Transfer of registration	$20.20
3	Cancellation of registration	No fee
