Section 3A of the Principal Act is repealed and of the following section is inserted in lieu thereof, namely : - ~ 3A~ ew " [3A.] The Government Statistician shall in each! ~ list year commencing with the year one thousand nine printed and hundred and forty-six cause to be printed and published published. a list of all returns under this Act in respect of such year received by him and recorded in the book kept for the purpose, and any printed paper purporting to be such list and to be published by the Government Statistician and printed by the Government Printer shall in all courts be evidence of every return included therein to the same extent as the original of such return would be." [ASSENTED TO 6TH DECEMBER, 1945.] B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. (1.) This Act may be cited as "The Brands Short title A?ts A,,,{,,endment Act of 1945," and shall be read as one : ~ truction. WIth * The Brands Acts, 1915 to 1941," herein referred to as the Principal Act. (2.)
