An Act to amend the Law relating to the Brands of

Horses for Export.

HEREAS it is desirable to amend the law relating to the Preamble.

W brands of horses for export-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

1. Any person wishing to use a special brand for horses to be Brandafor export.

exported from this province may apply to the Registrar to issue the same, and thereupon, and upon payment of a fee of One Pound, the Registrar may issue a certificate under his hand which shall authorise such person to use such special brand for horses for export.

2, The power of making regulations contained in section 35 Re&tions.

3, Except so far as inconsistent therewith, this Act shall be Incorpomtion.
