An Act to amend The Brands Act, 1881.'

it is expedient to prohibit the registration, under The Brands Act, 1881,' of the earmark commonly used for classifying sheep : Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :-

Short title

1. This Act may be cited for all purposes as The Brands Act,

1881, Amendment Act, 1882.'

Class mark

2. From and after the passing of this Act the Registrar shall not
