1. The applicants seek leave to appeal from a decision of the Federal Court of Australia (Greenwood J) dismissing the applicants' appeal from a decision of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia (Judge Cameron).

2. The proposed ground of appeal does not raise a question of public importance and there is no reason to doubt the correctness of the judgment of the Federal Court.  Special leave should be refused.

3. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
