AN ACT to authorise the construction of a

Railway from Boyanup to Minninup Bridge.

[Assented to, '1st February, 1g92.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and	Preamble.
with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.     THIS Act may be cited as "The Boyanup-Minninup Railway short Title

Act, 1892."

2.      IT shall be lawful to construct and maintain a Railway from Authority to eon-

Boyanup to Minninup Bridge, with all necessary, proper, and usual struot Railway.

works and conveniences in connection therewith, in the line and

upon the lands described in the Schedule to this Act.

3. NOTWITHSTANDING anything contained in "The Rail-

Deviation. ways Act, 1878," it shall be lawful for the Commissioner of Railways to deviate from the line as described in such Schedule to the extent of two miles on either side thereof.

to this Act.

SCHEDULE.

BOYANIIP-MINNINUP BRIDGE RAILWAY.

DESCRIPTION OF LINE OF RAILWAY.

Commencing at a point on the Blinbtuy Railway 15 miles 27 chains, or thereby, from the zero point thereof, as defined by mile post thereon, and pro- ceeding thence Southerly for a distance of 7 miles or thereabouts, and thence Easterly for a distance of 4 miles 27 chains or thereabouts, and terminating at or near Minninup Bridge ; all in the Land District of Wellington, as more particularly delineated by a red line on map marked P.W.D., WA., No. 1404, deposited at the Office of the Commissioner of Railways, at Perth.
