Boxing Control Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Boxing Control Act 1993.

Commencement

1.  (1)  This regulation commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.

(2)  Regulation 2 commences, or shall be taken to have commenced, as the case requires, on 23 October 1993.

Prescribed contests, displays and exhibitions

2.  Regulation 3 of the Boxing Control Regulations is amended—

(a)by omitting from paragraph (a) “and”;

(b)by adding at the end of paragraph (b) “and”; and

(c)by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph:

“(c)at the Turner Police and Citizens’ Youth Club, McKay Gardens, Turner on 23 October 1993 promoted by the Canberra Police and Citizens’ Youth Club;”.
