Boxing Control Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Boxing Control Act 1993.

Commencement

1.  (1)  This Regulation commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.

(2)  Regulation 2 commences, or shall be taken to have commenced, as the case requires, on 2 July 1994.

Prescribed contests, displays and exhibitions

2.  Regulation 3 of the Boxing Control Regulations is amended—

(a)by omitting from paragraph (c) “and”; and

(b)by inserting after paragraph (d) the following paragraphs:

“(e)at the Turner Police and Citizens’ Youth Club, McKay Gardens, Turner on 2 July 1994 promoted by the Canberra Police and Citizens’ Youth Club; and

(f)at the Jamison Inn, Bowman Street, Macquarie on 15 July 1994 promoted by Ringside Promotions;”.
