Boxing Control Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Boxing Control Act 1993.

Commencement

1.  (1)  This Regulation commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.

(2)  Regulation 2 commences, or shall be taken to have commenced, as the case requires, on 8 October 1995.

Prescribed contests, displays and exhibitions

2.  Regulation 3 of the Boxing Control Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (i) “20 August 1995” and substituting “8 October 1995 and on 17 December 1995”.
