Boxing Control Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Boxing Control Act 1993.

Commencement

1.  (1)  This Regulation commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.

(2)  Regulation 2 commences, or shall be taken to have commenced, as the case requires, on 27 April 1996.

Prescribed contests, displays and exhibitions

2.  Regulation 3 of the Boxing Control Regulations is amended—

(a)by omitting from paragraph (h) “and” (last occurring);

(b)by adding at the end of paragraph (i) “and”; and

(c)by inserting after paragraph (i) the following paragraph:

“ (j)     at the Tuggeranong Police and Citizens’ Youth Club, Grattan Court, Wanniassa on 27 April 1996 promoted by the Canberra Police and Citizens’ Youth Club; ”.
