Boxing Authority (Managers, Trainers and Seconds) Rule (NSW)

A boxer may contract with and be assisted in a boxing contest by industry participants being a Manager, a Trainer and a Second of his choice provided each such industry participant:

• (i)

  is registered with the Authority in the appropriate prescribed class, and

• (ii)

  is not a person whose registration has been cancelled or suspended, and

• (iii)

  is not a person required to show cause why the person’s registration as such an industry participant should not be cancelled or suspended.
