Bounty (Penicillin) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Bounty (Penicillin) Act 1980.

1. After regulation 2 of the Bounty (Penicillin) Regulations the following regulations are inserted:

Factor for the purposes of sub-section 7 (2) of the Act

"2A. For the purposes of sub-section 7 (2) of the Act, the factor is 1.138.

Factor for the purposes of sub-section 7 (3) of the Act

"2b. For the purposes of sub-section 7 (3) of the Act, the factor is 1.184.".

Commencement

2. Regulation 1 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 June 1981.
