Bounty (Penicillin) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Bounty (Penicillin) Act 1980.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 June 1982.

Factor for the purposes of sub-section 7 (2) of the Act

2. Regulation 2A of the Bounty (Penicillin) Regulations is amended by omitting "1.138" and substituting "1.37931".

Factor for the purposes of sub-section 7 (3) of the Act

3. Regulation 2B of the Bounty (Penicillin) Regulations is amended by omitting "1.184" and substituting "1.447368".

4. After regulation 2B of the Bounty (Penicillin) Regulations the following regulations are inserted:

Factor for the purposes of sub-section 8 (3) of the Act

"2C. For the purposes of sub-section 8 (3) of the Act, the factor is 1.12.

Factor for the purposes of sub-section 8 (4) of the Act

"2D. For the purposes of sub-section 8(4) of the Act, the factor is 1.184615.".
