Bounty (Penicillin) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Bounty (Penicillin) Act 1980.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 June 1983.

Principal Regulations

2. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Bounty (Penicillin) Regulations.

Factor for the purposes of sub-section 7 (2) of the Act

3. Regulation 2A of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "1.37931" and substituting "1.482758".

Factor for the purposes of sub-section 7 (3) of the Act

4. Regulation 2B of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "1.447368" and substituting "1.578947".

Factor for the purposes of sub-section 8 (4) of the Act

5. Regulation 2D of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "1.184615" and substituting "1.2923".
