Bounty (Injection-moulding Equipment) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Bounty (Injection-moulding Equipment) Act 1979.

Conditions of manufacture

1. Regulation 3 of the Bounty (Injection-moulding Equipment) Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (b) and substituting the following paragraph:

"(b) the number allotted to an item of injection-moulding equipment shall be clearly stamped on that item by means of a die or clearly stamped or embossed on a label that is securely affixed to that item;".

Application

2. Regulation 1 applies in relation to the numbering of items of injection-moulding equipment on or after 23 July 1982.
