Bounty (Books) Regulations2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Bounty (Books) Act 1969.

Commencement

 1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 10 June 1985.

Form of application and declaration

 2. Regulation 4 of the Bounty (Books) Regulations is amended—

• (a)

  by omitting from sub-paragraph (1) (e) (ii) “Minister” and substituting “Comptroller-General”; and

• (b)

  by omitting from sub-regulation (2) “Minister” and substituting “Comptroller-General”.
