Bounty (Agricultural Tractors) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Bounty (Agricultural Tractors) Act 1966.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1984.

Factor for the purposes of sub-section 6 (1 A) of the Act

2. Regulation 4 of the Bounty (Agricultural Tractors) Regulations is amended by omitting "2.105074" and substituting "2.0766511".

Applications for bounty

3. Regulation 6 of the Bounty (Agricultural Tractors) Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (2) (a) "or" (last occurring) and substituting "and".
