Boundary Fences Regulations 1998

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Boundary Fences Act 1908 .21 December 1998

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Boundary Fences Regulations 1998 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 1 January 1999. 3InterpretationIn these regulations, Act means the Boundary Fences Act 1908 . 4Notice to fence (1) A notice under section 9 of the Act to join in erecting a sufficient or rabbit-proof fence is to be in accordance with Form 1. (2) A notice under section 9 of the Act to join in making an existing fence rabbit-proof is to be in accordance with Form 2. 5FormsThe forms specified in Schedule 1 are specified for the purpose of the Act. 6RescissionThe Boundary Fences Regulations 1972 are rescinded.
