Botany Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment

No 27)

1     Name of plan

This plan is Botany Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment

No 27).

2     Aim of plan

This plan aims to rezone land to which this plan applies to Zone No 3 (a) General Business and Zone No 5 (a) Special Uses under Botany Local Environmental Plan 1995.

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lots 13 and 17, DP 836735, No 1 Robey Street, Mascot, and the adjoining laneway identified as Road 244, as shown:

(a)	edged heavy black and lettered “3 (a)”, and
(b)	edged heavy black with a black band between the lines and lettered “5 (a) Road Widening”,

on the map marked “Botany Local Environmental Plan 1995 (Amendment No 27)” deposited in the office of the Council of the City of Botany Bay.

4 Amendment of Botany Local Environmental Plan 1995

Botany Local Environmental Plan 1995 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in Schedule 1 the following words:
