1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Botany Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 7).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 1 and 3 Macquarie Street and 3 and 3A Maloney Street, Rosebery, being Lots 6 and 5, DP 18556, Lot 11, DP 1142723 and Lot 8, DP 18556.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Botany Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Botany Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013

Schedule 1 Additional Permitted Uses

Omit clause 17 (1). Insert instead:

(1) This clause applies to land at 1 and 3 Macquarie Street and 3 and 3A Maloney Street, Rosebery, being Lots 6 and 5, DP 18556, Lot 11, DP 1142723 and Lot 8, DP 18556, and identified as “17” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
