I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the
Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Botany Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 4).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to land to which Botany Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013 applies and, in particular, to the following land:
| (a) | land at the corner of Florence and Vernon Avenues, Eastlakes, |
| (b) | part of 1008 Botany Road, Mascot, being part of Lot 53, DP 1097375, |
| (c) | land at Coward Street, John Street, Haran Street, Church Avenue, O’Riordan Street and Gardeners Road, Mascot, known as Linear Park, being Lots 1, 2 and 4 and part of Lots 3 and 5, DP 85917 and Lot 1, DP 224757, |
| (d) | 284 Coward Street, Mascot, being Lot 7, DP 245170, |
| (e) | 2 Hollingshed Street, Mascot, being Lot 2, DP 827779, |
| (f) | 128 Bunnerong Road, Pagewood, being Lots 1 and 2, DP 1187426. |

The maps adopted by Botany Bay Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
