Botanical Gardens Amendment By-laws 2000

The Trustees of the Tasmanian Botanical Gardens, with the consent of the Lieutenant-Governor, make the following by-laws under the Botanical Gardens Act 1950 .

1Short titleThese by-laws may be cited as the Botanical Gardens Amendment By-laws 2000 . 2CommencementThese by-laws take effect on the day on which the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 commences. 3Principal By-lawsIn these by-laws, the Botanical Gardens By-laws 1997 are referred to as the Principal By-laws. 4By-law 3 amended (Interpretation)By-law 3 of the Principal By-laws is amended by omitting the definition of "motor vehicle" and substituting the following definition: motor vehicle means a motor vehicle as defined in the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 ;

These by-laws were made by the Trustees of the Tasmanian Botanical Gardens at a meeting of the Trustees on 20 June 2000.

The common seal of the Trustees of the Tasmanian Botanical Gardens was affixed on 20 June 2000, in the presence of –
