Borough of Willoughby Naming Act of 1890 (NSW)

An Act to alter the name of the Borough of

North Willoughby. [26th August, 1890.]

WHEREAS it is expedient to alter the name of the Borough of North Willoughby: Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's	Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the
Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
1. From and after the passing of this Act the name of the "Borough of North Willoughby" shall be and the same is hereby altered to the name of the " Borough of Willoughby."

2. This Act may be cited as the "Borough of Willoughby

Naming Act of 1890."
