An Act to alter the name of the Municipality

of Macdonaldtown to the Borough of

Erskineville. [27th March, 1893.]

WHEREAS it is expedient to alter the name of the Municipality of Macdonaldtown : Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's	Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the
Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales
in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as
follows:—
1. Prom and after the passing of this Act the name of the Municipality now called and known as Macdonaldtown shall be and the same is hereby altered to the Borough of Erskineville.

2. This Act may be styled and cited as the " Borough of

Erskineville Naming Act of 1893."
