purchase of ano the r piece of l and in t h e said t o w n of Boorowa in a more sui table posit ion as a site for a R o m a n Catholic c h u r c h and presbytery and school-house and the erection of such chu rch and presbytery and school-house thereon and for o ther purposes hereinafter ment ioned Be it therefore enacted by t h e Queen ' s Mos t Exce l l en t Majesty by and wi th t he advice and consent of t he Legis la t ive Counci l and Legis la t ive Assembly of New South Wales in Pa r l i amen t assembled and by the au thor i ty of t he same as follows :—

Lan igan and Honorab le J o h n Nag le R y a n hereinafter styled Trus tees or other t h e Trustees or Trustee for t he t ime being to sell and dispose of t he said land described in t he Schedules here to e i ther b y publ ic auc t ion or pr ivate cont rac t and ei ther in one lot or in several lots as t hey shall deem most expedient and for such pr ice or prices as can be had or obtained for t h e same and upon such t e rms and condit ions of sale as t h e said Trustees m a y deem expedient and to buy in t h e said l ands or a n y pa r t or par t s thereof a t any auc t ion sale or to rescind or vary t h e t e rms of any con t rac t ' for the sale of t h e said lands or any pa r t or pa r t s thereof and t ransfer and assure t he same or any p a r t or par t s thereof in fee s imple to t he purchaser or purchasers thereof his he r or the i r assigns freed or discharged from each and all t h e t rus t s affecting t he same and the receipt in wr i t ing of t he said Trustees the i r heirs or assigns shall be a n effectual discharge to t h e purchaser or purchasers of t he said land or any pa r t or par t s thereof and shall exonerate h i m or t h e m from seeing to t h e appl icat ion of a n y pro ceeds of such sale or sales and from all l iabil i ty as to t h e misappl ica

2. The said Trustees the i r heirs or assigns shall s t and possessed of all moneys ar is ing from each and every such sale or sales as afore said and after t h e p a y m e n t of t h e ac tua l and reasonable expenses of such sale or sales and of th i s A c t upon t rus t to apply t he proceeds of such sale or sales in or towards t he purchase of ano ther piece or pieces of land in t h e said town of Boorowa as a site or sites for t he erect ion the reon of a R o m a n Catholic c h u r c h a n d school-house a n d to apply t he remainder of t h e said moneys (if any) which shall no t be requ i red for t he purposes aforesaid in or towards t h e erect ion of a R o m a n Cathol ic c h u r c h a n d presbytery and school-house upon t h e land or lands to be purchased as aforesaid and t h e receipts of any person or persons to w h o m any moneys shall be paid unde r t h e provisions of th is A c t shall be valid and complete discharges to t he Trustees the i r heirs
